Outside Looks Retail Consultancy is donating a Business Makeover to one deserving Specialty Retail Shop.

The Makeover is 100% free to the selected retailer and includes a comprehensive package to maximize their profitability by improving all things cash flow related: finances, merchandising, marketing, buying, & sales.

We're creating a case study atmosphere to share the progress, successes, and hurdles of our Independent Retailer--and ultimately inspire other shops to improve too.
